If we paid him in full then we were daft!

Would have depended on what Raynor was happy with. He would have been well within his rights to see out his deal and get the 100%.

If he'd try to see out his deal he would have risked getting canned for nowt if convicted. The club were in a pretty decent negotiating position IMO.

But by the time he would have got canned for nowt he would have earnt 50% of his seasons salary already. IMO we'd have paid him 65-75% of his contract to get him to leave early.

I reckon no more than 50%. He probably had the crusaders deal agreed before he left Hull

So is Washbrook going to be our stand off tomorrow ?

If so, I think that I'll be more interested in a tour of the food wagons on the concourse. Our only chance of actually playing some decent rugby over the next few weeks is if Agar shows some vision/ability and plays with two halfbacks who can actually play halfback.

Tansey and Berrigan for tomorrow seems like a no-brainer to me but I think we all know that he's got our fantastic Horne/Washbrook combo in mind as soon as Horne is back.
