Sadly not proof against a charge of libel either, unless you have multiple credible witnesses willing to testify in court.

The libel laws in this country are ridiculously draconian, and you CAN in fact be sued for telling the truth if you can't prove it. There's a reason why so many overseas celebrities choose the English courts for their libel actions.

So you can definately state that during this season a drinking culture exsists due to you witnessing players going out drinking several nights of the week?

I find that hard to believe as like me you don't even live in Hull.

Don't get me wrong I have seen players out drinking on a night out over a weekend and not just players from Hull either but that does not mean there is a drinking culture. They are allowed to go out over a weekend once they have played a game.

I've seen players from both sides of the river out drinking mid-week. It happens at all clubs because it is tolerated.

Personally I think Kingy has been poor this season(exculding the Leeds and Celtic games), but when your coming back from a half a season injury and are only getting 10-15 mins game time, its hard to get back into the swing of things. Its no suprise when he gets some game time, he has a better game. Before he was injured last season he was regarded as one of our best props, but of course those 'performances' were due to him needing a new contract and not cos he has pride in the shirt.
