As I said it was pretty comfortable for most of the match and the score reflected it. It was only a fair bit of loose play that allowed widnes to score that many points. Nothing too much to worry about really.

Fitz rested and Gleeson and Obst given another week....only Long who is a unhealthy player.

I will give you Fitz as he leads our line however not buying the idea Obst has a big influence on our defensive structures.

I mentioned Long because people were saying we missed him and Obst, which I agree with from a offensive POV but not a defensive.

Pretty much as I expected. Like it or not a team is never going to be at full intensity every game, and even for a pro player its difficult to get excited about games like these. Today was all about getting in the draw and I doubt it will be any kind of indicator of how we play in the coming weeks.
