Finance, lack of other resources, company policy etc. all employees have to accept the limits of their position. I guess it's only me, but I think the stuff being said on here about Scott Taylor and Danny Houghton is totally unacceptable. If you're angry about a player signing a contract they are offered you're an idiot. If you're angry at a player for playing as though he hasn't been given a game plan when he clearly hasn't been given a game plan then you're an idiot. If you're angry about a player not playing like they did at the peak of their youth when their body is battered then you're an idiot.
