Sounds like desperation to me. They are obviously behind on last year and need a boost so they can state sales are on par.

Being honest I do find myself hoping they are a couple of thousand down on last year just so the board take notice that keeping Agar in charge has gone beyond a joke

Realistically, it's a big ask to retain the same number of passholders as last year's record. Guess we'll not really know until end December.

Just had a quick look back and last year we hit 7,500 season ticket sales on 23rd December.

me and my lad sit in what was previously an unreserved section in the east stand (block 18)and when i looked at the plan in the ticket office,there were loads of untaken seats,and we have managed to sit around where we usually do,so i am happy at that!i do believe that pass sales are down on last year,but a lot of it is simply down to financial pressure on people.

That's the positive spin, but the recession was in full swing this time last year and we set a record sales total,

We've still got our passes to get, we sit in the South Stand and have until 31st Dec before the discount period ends. We always leave it til last min and I suspect a lot of other people do. I think we'll be looking at around the 8,000 - 8,500 mark which is still very good.

I reckon its fair to say that weather pass sales this year are a success or not depends on overall sales figures for super league. If pass sales in general are down and so are ours then its the economy, if pass sales in general stay the same or go up and ours are down then its because fans aren't happy with the club.

Obviously you have to forget about Bradford for this one.
