I think most of the sensible posters on here realise Agar has a lot to learn as a Head coach but are prepared to give him a season to see how he develops. By the end of next season we will all have a clearer idea of just what sort of coach he is. I was one of those underwhelmed when he was given the length of contract he got but I'm prepared to give him a full season to see how he goes.

Problem is, if he turns out to be gash, he has a long contract. He's a nice guy, in fact too nice.

Just about every poster that has been around for a few years is in that situation Staffs, things have been a lot worse and a lot better for FC in the past.

Well I would hope he will get at least this full season and if the recruitment for next season is what we want then he should be given next season as well and so at least see out his contract. I'm not a fan of sacking coaches before they have had a chance to establish themselves anyway.
