It's the club that failed to adequately manage a supplier, do they are not totally without blame.

Garbage. The supplier sent them out without proof-reading by the client. Mistakes happen, hence the reason your post contains a spelling mistake.

Fair enough. Although it seems we've had a faultless service from this company previously so the need for additional delay and expense may not have been clear. No doubt it will be now.

If my only complaint in 2014 is the quality abd accuracy of A5 leaflets then we'll all be happy!
