I don't normally get involved in this kind of discussion, because I'm pretty much an 'each to their own' kind of guy when it comes to support. But if you can't clap your team when they've at least shown some effort and desire and have managed a rare win, then it's a pretty sorry state of affairs IMO.

exactly. I stayed and clapped the fact that every player tried there heart out and showed some pride in the shirt.

I clapped because we won, we looked a little better and as the man said if you can't applaud the players when they have shown effort and desire then it is a sorry state of affairs.

However in reply to the original poster if you don't support the club any longer when the player put in an effort and win then it's time to go away and stop pretending you support them.

Agree. I saw a distinct improvement in most aspects of our game last night as ive been crying out for. Im was pleased with the progression. Still an under performance but a step in the right direction.
