Whoever plays we need to win.
If we lose this we go 4 points adrift of them with a worse points difference. So basically 5 points behind them with four to play. That would pretty much put them above us for this season and leave one spot to play for instead of two. Win this one and we have them in our sights.

Is Hoy's hamstring injury the same grade as Field's was?
If Hoy is OK to play then play him at least whilst we have a chance to make the play offs. |

While im not that bothered about making the 6 as such (you only get a minor cut of pooled gate receipts and SL fans dont turn up in number for the playoffs) winning our home games and breaking the end of season slump we've had for years now is very important for pass sales and general optimism building for 2024.

It looks like he will finish the season at Thunder. If that's what Smith thinks is best then I trust that. You can probably learn a lot from a relegation fight. |
