If this is going to be Josh Jones replacement (if rumours are true about him leaving) then that is really, really underwhelming...

How would that affect our current quota places? Would this fill the space left by Albert?

I’ve not seen Scott play but he’s played 1st grade Nrl for Canberra & Cronulla.
He’s a big guy and looking at the try he scored is very mobile too. Don’t forget next season will be the 6 again rule so mobility is important.
Jones doesn’t appear keen to play for fc , if that’s the case then we move on.
I want to see us compete in every game next season
Not wondering what mindset the players have and whether the opposition will put 30 plus points on us.

Really hope this isnt true, be madness to use our last quota spot on a backrower, we look ok in the backrow, but maybe need to add a bit of depth from either academy promotions or English players.

A 6 has to be a priority and I think we need to quota spot it and we only have one.

A running six is our priority even if Jones goes as expected.
There must be a young speedy half back in Australia looking to push his career along playing regular rugby in S/L.

Think we need to either sign a ball playing FB (Like Coote or Ratchford) and play Connor at 6 or sign a new 6.

I don't any British FB's or 6's avaiable or good enough to imrpove us, unless we are going to pay for someone like Truman (but I don't see us playing a transfer)

Personally I'd prefer to have signed Evalds instead of retaining Shaul.
Can't see us paying a fee for any player, maybe play Wynne at 1 or McNamara at 6..
