Thanks for the effort, unfortunately at this time not good enough for a SL team and it wasn't his fault that he was signed to play such an important position on such a high wage.

Be interesting to see how he goes for another SL club.

Not sure how good he is.
He hasn't outstanding when we played you but I've seen him on tv and looked ok.

Get's a lot of criticism from FC fans though.
Is it an experience thing or a skills thing, or even a wrong club for him thing?

Not his fault but Gentles for signing a player who quite simply wasn't good enough for the role asked. Good luck to him but glad hes gone

I blame the stay away fans!!

I thought he had all the skills for a good half but in a lot of games was rushed, didn't seem to have any space to work in and made mistakes. Its hard to know if that was the player or just the lack of decent options in our attacking structure.

I guess we will find out this upcoming season.

Good luck Jacob, another time things could have been so different.

Sadly he had neither the ability nor the experience to fulfil the role he was signed for.

He needed a couple of years learning from an experienced half back but we needed the finished article.

Despite his shortcomings he had a great attitude and when he played he always gave 100%.

Good luck to him in the future.

Really lacked basic skills to be a top half, his passing was often poor and his kicking game was the worst I have seen in a halfback in the last few years, can anyone remember him puting in a good kick?

He had a decent step and pace, but that was about it.

All I remember of him was him running around like a headless chicken then a nice hospital ball at the end of it

Unfortunately playing or attempting to play behind a pack struggling to dominate and provide a platform, most halfbacks are going to struggle to be honest. Nearly all the halfbacks that played in superleague last season would have struggled to put in many good performances wearing Hull's number seven last year. Wasn't the right time for him to come to Hull all round. He'll get a contract somewhere I have no doubt, hopefully things will work out there for him.

Who have Hull added to the pack this season, I know Mini is one?
