Don't know the guy, but the first part would be a dream come true for me! Even though I live on the doorstep of the KC, I've hated the place since day one.

Player rumours are nothing new but first I've heard about the stadium. Anyone else heard anything backing this up?

I would be quite happy with the first bit tbh.

Lot nearer for me and would allow the council to sell KC to Allam.

Since he took over the KC has felt less and less like home.

14,000 is more than ample and the whole Costello thing was something I suggested ages ago as a way out of the Allams getting the KC

I'd be quite happy with a 14K stadium. I think it will provide a better atmosphere than at the KC.

Leeds, Rovers and the Cas games would outsell 14,000, not to mention cup quarters, play offs etc. Should be looking at 16,000 minimum.

If our average attendance was around 14000 I would agree with you. I'd rather see us in a stadium we could fill. If the demand is there then they could always expand.
