Why dont we have a proper big screen now?

Just a flashing advert all day long. And one screen turned off? what are we paying for?

And where are the players banners on the concourse now?

The screen is turned off because SMC say it is too expensive to run both.

The adverts flying around the touchline are appalling - at least tv news has the decency to warn you of flash photography. The adverts are just as bad.

Running one with the game on it would be a start

The banners came down because they were blowing all over the place in the high winds we had a few months back and they were felt to be dangerous.

I noticed when watching City on TV the other week that both screens where turned on. Maybe you have to pay extra for the privilege?

We had one yest showing Volvo adverts

and it was still more entertaining then what was being served up on the pitch!

The PA system isnt up to standard either.

They do pay more, plus we don't need both screens on, most clubs don't even have one.

As for the adverts, that's down to the club, there's more money in charging companies to advertise than there is in showing the game, simple really.

If we only need one on why not the one that all home fans can see easily? Ie the North stand one.

There was a problem with the camera feed to the screen on Sunday that's why it was adverts only.

It's FC choice to only use that screen as they want the adverts at the side of the screen which can't be done on the old one.

They replayed the entire highlights of the game from FCs side on it Sunday

I bet they stick them both on for the polo nonsense.
