THREE CHANGES TO HULL PACK

Hull FC head coach Lee Radford has made three changes to his forward pack for Sunday’s clash with Widnes Vikings at the KC Stadium.

The Black and Whites have been hit by injuries in the front row with Josh Bowden the latest prop to be sidelined after picking up an ankle injury in last week’s defeat to Castleford Tigers.

He joins Garreth Carvell, Chris Green and Bobby Tyson-Wilson in the treatment room, whist Tongan international Mickey Paea is suspended.

Feka Paleaaesina remains in contention to feature against the Vikings, however, and he is recalled to Hull’s 19-man squad for Sunday’s game alongside young forwards Liam Kent and Dean Hadley.

Disappointed that Miller won't get a chance again.

If Feka plays, it will be a routine win, if he misses out, we are still favourites but the young forwards really have to stand up.

Agree about Miller.

Really don't understand Kent or Hadly before Pitts?

If Miller isn't going to feature then why not release him...same goes for Macdonnell who is still a superior fb to Shaul.I rate both Kent and Hadley but would have selected Pitts....looks as though Radford has his favourites.

I'd go with this, at the start of the week I would have had Arundel at centre, but now would give Crooks another chance.

Personally I would leave Ellis out wide, were he is having a great season and scoring some good trys, use Hadley as a prop.

Crooks should miss this one. Arundel deserves a chance, IMO.

I'm not convinced Feka will play in this one. I think both Kent and Hadley will play.

Shaul was always going to bullet proof before the season even started

The fact that Radford subbed him, show that he maybe isn't.

I think Radford is picking what he thinks is the best team (even if we think he is wrong), he see the players in training and their attitudes.

Doesn't sound particularly hopeful for Feka.

We hammered Widnes last season but I'd be happy just to nick the win on Sunday given the circumstances.

The most depressing thing about the Miller situation is that it looks like we be on the look out for a scrum half again next season.

Think it's a bit ridiculous that Miller isn't in the squad, TBH. Pitts too if he's fit.

By my count we have 21 players available for selection not including Bobby Tyson-Wilson and Reece Dean, so essentially we've named everybody but Miller and Pitts.

Seems pretty clear that for some reason Radford does not want to pick Miller if he can possibly avoid it.

Starting to look that way, as well as a s**tlist.

It'll be interesting to see what happens if we get an injury to one of our half backs

I suspect Radford will play whichever two of Horne, Rankin and Heremaia are fit leaving Houghton to play 80 minutes at hooker.

Looking like Miller and Pitts have no future at the club.
