Although we was beat last minute and we can blame the late penalty? shooting out the line but what do you think will make us better as a nation/contenders with the top 2? should the coach stay fulltime? more internationals through the season? or like a state of origin (yorks v lancs) & why did Steve Mac carry a sub & not use him? your thoughts.....

Sinfields retirement is a start

A new coach who doesn't pick players because of who they are and play for and getting rid of Sinfield,who isn't a 7 or good enough to move s.o.l from 13.Sinfield cost us that match not with shooting out of the line but with his decision to not kick into touch and form a scrum with 90 secs left.

Spot on was shouting put the ball into touch does it week in week out for Leeds

Agree he made an error by not finding touch and shooting the line, but I thought he played really well today, complimented by a great Widdop performance.

Sinny shouldn't have shot out of the line but imo George Burgess cost us more by giving away a daft penalty. Doubt they would have been in that position to score if they didn't get the pen.

It was a ridiculous decision not to put the ball out of play I agree. However Sinfield had a good game despite that and the brain fart at the end.

Sinfield was our second best player today after S. Burgess who was an absolute animal all game.
Did Charnley touch the ball in the second half?

Couple of times but we have centres who pass too early or not at all,Cudjoe is bloody awful at passing,be better off with the Goulding/Charnley pairing or until Crooks is ready

I would have played Ablett in the centre today instead of Cudjoe cant believe he did not even play any minutes.

lots of good stuff from this world cup, shows Super League is getting there hope some dodgy selections in the squad will be learnt from, England for Englishmen is the first and I'm really pleased Bret Ferres proved he should have been in from the start. Whoever is in charge for the next few years need to start planning now as good a players as they are Sinfield, O'loughlin etc need to make way for the next generation to come through.

Some good points mate,got the nucleus for a very good team..ok for fullbacks,wingers,half-backs,props,hookers and back-rowers...centres still a big problem for me
