Guard of honour from all players as he enters the field?

I know its hard as it may or may not be his last game, but he deserves to be honoured by all clubs he visits if there season carries on imho

How may players will even get near a career like hsi, inspirational role model for everyone associated with the game.

I remember when we were rumoured to be in for him on a 1 year deal 3/4 years ago and everyone slated the idea (I think he was 34/35 at the time). Since then he's gone on to play to 39 and to a very good level as well. He's one of a kind.

Would be a great gesture. He is revered by us whenever he returns. Had the privilege of watching him for two years at Odsal. Usually however his rugby brain was light years in advance of his team mates and we weren't good enough to get the benefit. Legend.

I'd prefer to see any gesture made after the game to be honest especially since it wont be known whether it's his last game or not until then.

these sort of things are usually done before the game when the team comes out - i agree it would be a great gesture - i'm going to email the club, reckon a few on here should do so as well. he'll get a good reception from the fans

Before is much better. Would get him the reception he deserves and after the game, potentially, the place may be empty
