Lost 20-12 at Leeds , Apparently played well against a very strong Leeds side

Just looked at the website looking for our first home game, and seen that we're playing at Bishop Burton now. Gutted! I intended on going to every home game this season if it was still played at Chants.

Yeah, me too. Quite disappointed it's so far away now, but I suppose their development needs come first.

Both only 16-17, very exciting talents.

Great team effort yesterday. Made Bradford look poor. Great defence and go forward from the pack and great structure and plays from the backs. Liggins and Abdull had top games. No other real stand out players as it was a top team performance. It's hard to say who looks like future stars because I haven't really seen them perform against top teams. It's all good certain players having top games against lesser teams but playing top teams will separate the men from the boys. Some people always put pressure and say that certain players will make it. There has been many players who are world beaters at 16-17 and haven't lived up to some people's reputation when they get older.

What are the facilities like at bishop? Anywhere to sit or stand under cover?

Didn't like it to be honest. You can only stand at one side (which faces into the sun and you can't see anything). No seating and it was £4 for a pie. Maybe good training facilities and equipment but not as good as YPI for location and seating!

Thank you for your feedback. We are hoping to erect some covered seating and we hope to have this up in time for the Warrington game on the 23rd Feb. We are also looking at other spectator improvements in time. Regarding the pies - yes they were £4 but also award winning, locally produced pies from Malton! We will pass this onto colleagues, though.

We are really committed to making Hulls u19s and u16s feel at 'home' here at Bishop Burton and support the development of the clubs young players. On match days that includes the supporters of the club who so fantastically cheered on Andy and his squad on Saturday.

Can't argue with that!

I had a great time watching the U19's. Good directions from the main road to show way in and to which pitch the lads played on. As for the sun, I went and stood on the other side of the pitch with a load of other people. A great location with top drawer facilities for players, coaches and fans. Will certainly be back there again and some seating would top it off nicely.

Good news that fan's comments are being taken on board, once the covered seating is in situe it will allow for supporters who need seating for either medical/age reasons to attend. Well done.
