We'll certainly miss him when he has games like this, that's for sure.

Every time I've seen Manu play for you he's put a real shift in. Will be a significant loss to your squad I think.

Hope this continues into the play offs, when he is in this sort of form he can turn nothing into something

Willie Manu has been a rare shining light for FC over the past few years and I will be sorry to see him go to Saints. But I'd rather have Gareth Ellis for the next 3 seasons. Only time will tell.

Massive loss, but Gareth Ellis more than makes up for it.

Still, it would have been awesome to have them both and it will be sad to see Willie in a Saints shirt, especially when they play us.

I have to ask all those people that think Ellis is going to be as good as Manu. Have you seen Ellis play this year? Yes hes had a short season, 6 or 7 games back since a bad ankle break, but I have watched him in most of those 6 or 7 games and he has not looked like breaking a tackle! Ok he has not looked like missing one either but I hope we get the Ellis of 2010/11.
I know you don't get player of the year in an NRL team 2 years in a row by being average, but that is all he's been this year in my opinion. If his stats next year are half as good as Manu's I will be more than happy.

Kid yourself that he's consistent all you want.

Always be a Legend in my eyes, he'll be one of those players we all talk about in 20 years time...

So gutted to see him go but, but that's the game and we have an awesome replacement lined up... Can see him kicking himself he didn't stay come next season tho....

Don't get me wrong, I'm gutted he's leaving too. Games like tonight are Manu at his best, but he doesn't reach that standard on a consistent basis.
