have to wonder why we waited so long to send him for surgery, good news that it went well though.

I know you can't miss what you never had but he has been a big miss for us. Be great for him to come back as things start hotting up.

Just need to grin and bear the next few weeks, then hopefully we will start to gradually get all the players back and finish the campaign strongly.

Tough few weeks coming up. With all the players out we might miss out on a cup run but can see us having big say in the play-offs

Look at Leeds last year. They had a very poor start and yet won the one that mattered. We've started amazingly well despite our injury problems so once they've been resolved I feel we can have a real say in what happens at the back end of the season. Whilst I don't expect us to do a Leeds, I do think we can have a decent finish to the season.

We still have a good starting 13, many people have been calling for Ellis over Horne anyway and Turner/Sharp have been like new players this year. If our defence stays strong we can still win games now, Gentle seems to be getting more comfortable with the youngsters and is giving them more minutes to stop us being knackered at the end of the game.

Anymore injuries and we are in big trouble though.

Speeding up the ruck in the spells where Houghton can drop off in the game, to have a quick PTB for the whole game. Linking up again with Seymour. Kicking game. Experience. Houghton gets valuable rest and not being flogged every week.
