| Mustafa's Restaurant on Anlaby Road.
IMO, the best Fish or Steak in Hull. Not cheap though.....

Didnt really like Luciano's when i went, for the price you pay I thought it was just ok.
Not been to Da Gianni's for a while, although i do like Piola on Newland Ave

| Have to say Piola is probably one of the best Italians we've had in the area for years and a genuine one too.
Figaro in Beverley is another Italian thats pretty good and Alison Hall in Hedon aint bad either.

| Doesn't matter where we go we always end up back at Ciao Bistro. I think I will find it hard to find a better Steak than they do there and don't get me started on the BBQ Platter.
Its a right hidden Gem that not many know about.
There is a place in beverley that is nice, can't remember the name but we had Tapas and it was really good. I remember it being down an arch way that was lit with fairy lights.

Ciao Bistro is fantastic - the fillet steak is outstanding. Garlic Bread with Tomato and Pesto to start to. Might go there again!

Another one for Da Gianni's......the mussels in spicy tomato sauce are out of this world. Also a big fan of La Perla on Newland Ave - same owners I believe. Just different atmosphere
Was quite impressed with the Laundrette on Princes Ave when we went ther a couple of months ago.
Another gem, although slightly off the wall is La Crepier Papin on Newland Ave. The owner is French and used to be the Chef at Sleepers I believe. A small menu with some really good food, including a great french onion soup and beuf bourgignon. The speciallity though are gallettes, a type of savoury pancake which are a breton speciallity. Lots of great fillings but try the tartiflette, its another french dish with cheese potato and onions.......
Not licenced but you can bring your own, certainly recommend if your looking for something a bit different.
Can also recomment Henry Yeast on Newland Ave - another one with very good mussels - review here:

| Alachi on Wold Road is really nice if you fancy a curry.
Also Hitchcocks in town if you fancy something a little different.
