| Think were all in agreeance that Agar should be removed from his duty but who would you like to replace him? An Aussie seems the way to go as all the top clubs have Oz coaches or would people go for Noble who is without a doubt the best british coach in the game?

| I'd go for an Aussie, with part of his remit being to develop a young British coach (maybe someone on the staff now, but not definitely/someone like Powell at Quins) to take over in a few years

| I originally wanted noble but IMO he's not the right man. We need someone from down under who has worked alongside the best for some time

| If AP is serious about making us a top side, he needs to bring in a top proven coach, he is quoted as saying that the coach is the most important person at the club, so lets hope he backs up these comments and invests some serious cash, if we go British it has to be Noble,

| it isn't just the head coach position, Last needs to go, as does Webster, get rid of everyone in the back room, physio, conditioners, doctor, the whole lot, start again with a team that are under no illusion of just what is needed, get the club playing the same systems from the kids to the first team, make the code of conduct and standards of behaviour the same across the board, breed a culture of professionalism and a desire to be the best of the best.
Brian Noble is not the answer.

Sounds a bit drastic don't you think?? Particularly now that you have an owner who knows nowt about the game and a CEO who is actively looking for another job. Who do you trust to make the right decisions??
