Been in London in business so don't know if I've missed anything (can't see anything obvious on here) - biking to the office this morning I passed a big funeral procession with people in FC tops, a horse drawn carriage with black and White flags draped over the horses and blacked out HFC car flags on the many cars following the procession into chants ave cemetery.

My condolences to the family of whoever it is, but I just wondered if it was someone connected to the club (it appeared that it could be from the procession as mentioned above but I wasn't exactly ogling it as i biked past of course)

Cannot think of any ex players who have died recently, the only person who springs to mind was the young woman who died in the crash and was an avid Hull Fc fan. Not sure how long ago that was though.

It was the funeral of a young lad called Michael, his sister lives down my street and asked me if she could borrow any FC tops we have to spare as they were all wearing them as he was an avid FC fan. He was a lovely lad and it's such a needless waste of life.

Sad a tragic waste of one so young

Karen an open question

I remember a while back some discussion that FC where going to have the a game a season to remember the departed. I recall we where having a nearly a minutes silence/noise at every home game and it was raised. Perhaps the first or last home game when a list could be placed in the match programme, on the concourses and/or read out.

A very good idea and one which I'll bring up at the next Voices meeting Ian.

You must live down the same Street as my mother-in-law as she rang me on Wednesday to borrow Hull FC shirts. She said a neighbours brother had died and friends and family were seeking Hull FC regain.

Say hello next time you see me, I'm there most days either dropping off or collecting a rather loud 4 year old girl from her Grandma's!

On match days I'm sometimes down there either collecting or returning a rather loud 65 year old.
