Agreed, I think Agar is right. The problem is top 8 is not good enough, that should be a gimmie. Not trying to sound arrogant but for a club like Hull top 8 should be the norm and not an ahcievement

It's about time Agar wound up a few fans, he's been a bit quiet lately! Soon as I read this, the first thing I said was "I DON'T WANT TOP BLOODY EIGHT!".

The interesting thing in there is the mention of our pre-season target being the top 4. Hopefully that's what Agar's performance will be judged against whenever the BOD review it.

I have more chance of getting to the moon than Hull Fc getting into the top 4, would love for them to prove me wrong but just carn't see it myself.

No chance at all given our poor start, but at least we were aiming at the right part of the table and at an improvement over last season's finishing spot. That gives me some hope that if Agar fails to deliver the BOD will eventually take action.

Maybe he just means the last three games?

Well thank you guys - you have finally done it. I have been an avid reader of this site for the last 4 years enjoying most of the banter and occasionally posting. But now I have to say you have all gone too far with your negativity. The ridicule of any positive comments has forced away most if not all reasonable posters.
Agar has to give a weekly comment/story to the HDM todays is about the form of the team - whatever he said you would have ridiculed - if he said a top four team I can imagine the comments. I am not commenting about Agar because (a) whats the point and (b) This rhetoric is not about Agar it is about you the posters.
If we win it is against a poor team if we lose we should be beating "teams like Castleford". Grow up and smell the coffee Super League is a very even sport these days.
As a pensioner I wonder what your attitudes to normal life is and your "perfectly" run lives. Sacking Agar at the moment would be like having the maniacs take charge of the assylum.

He doesn't "have" to give them anything, and he certainly doesn't have to give them this kind of garbage, you complain people are ridiculing him, that's because his comments are rediculous.


I don't think anyone has said we won because the other sides have been poor, people have commented, quite correctly, that our performances still haven't been good enough.



But that is the thing, it really isn't, only L**ds are in a financial position comparable to FC, other clubs have less money but are enjoying much more success, and people are questioning why that is and what can be done about it.



I doubt any of us have "perfectly run lives", but we can see what is wrong at Hull FC at the moment, we're as entitled to our opinions as you are, and the comment about being a pensioner is irrelevant, opinions are no more or less valid in proportion to how many years you or I have been alive.

The lunatics are already in full control, that's what our problem is.


Views and opinions are no more or less realistic, it just depends if you agree or disagree with them, you obviously disagree, which is your right.



Well, we want a successful and entertaining Hull FC side, and I don't think many people care how that comes about.
