I had this problem a couple of years ago. It was due to accumulation of snow on the dish. Luckily my dish is fairly low down so I just knocked the snow off teh LNB with a sweeping brush and it started workiing again. If it's on the roof you're fooked unless you fancy getting the ladders out

Our dish is on the side wall outside our bedroom window, I reckon it could be reached with a sweeping brush will have to do it tomorrow if it is not back on...
