| About time too, it'll be four years since the last International at the KC which is far too long.

thats because they know they can sell out an england v australia game more or less anywhere in the rugby league heartlands but the only way they'll get a decent crowd for the kiwis is in Hull. sadly I reckon the poor crowds for the last NZ tour largely killed off the traditional 3 test tour of this country and made way for the 4 nations competition and the extremely popular ashes tours were a big casualty of this.

| In a way, I wouldn't mind having the England vs France/Wales game at the KC. Wouldn't mind seeing someone different for a change, and I reckon we could get a decent crowd for it in Hull (better than at Donny anyway). Think the RFL need to start being a bit more ambitious with their stadium selections. Picking a 14k ground for an international will only make people think it's not that important.
If Wales win the European Cup though, I would hazard a guess that it would be in the North West area (closer to Wales). They could probably sell out the DW with the right kind of promotion.

fair enough, maybe as it will be 6 years(next year)since we had the aussies they could have carried on alternating the venues, seems the jjb always get them

I'd imagine that'll be at the Stoop as in 2009.

Oh I quite agree. Aus v NZ at the KC would be awesome. I just think the RFL will go for the Stoop, they got over 12,000 in 2009.
