I have watched our heroes for years and yet, barring Lord Kearney, I cannot think of a player of his mould, who has impressed me more. You can see immediately why the aussies praise him so highly and why he would be one of the first IF NOT the first name on ANY team sheet.

Kearney did not do what Fitz has done already. Kearney was a leader but only achieved in a handful of games for FC. Fitz is immense. Let us not forget, an NRL legend and superstar. We are very lucky. What a player |

Totally agree. I have been fortunate to see the likes of sterling,j smith, barnett snr, kearney display their obvious talents in the black and white but already I am in awe of what I have witnessed from Sir Fitz |

I have to agree the guy is unbelievable. He must be the fittest player to ever play SL, I've certainly not seen anyone who can play at that intensity for a full 80 minutes anyway. Swain certainly had an engine, but you have to remember Fitz is carrying an extra 3 or 4 stone to what he was. A Rolls Royce of forwards.

totally agree ,hes a complete player the way he ran for that kick at the end ,i just couldnt believe after all the graft he had done during the match he was still the one full of running and the energy to look for that chance {i bet he made the call for the kick as well }like you see all of the above and hes shaping up to be up there with them even as early as this ,one word Outstanding
