I've said it before and I'll say it again they are a lazy bunch of feckers, they seem to want to do as little as possible when to comes to coach/player recruitment. It all seems to much effort for them.

I seem to remember he said he had absolutely no desire whatsoever to remain involved in the game after retiring. Farming or mining or some such was his career of choice IIRC?

If that is true, that is awful. He said in about 10 years he would come back to rugby but mayb he is keen for a return to the game he loved.

You can't say that, the two of them went on a strenuous player finding mission to Australia just last year, now that must have taken a hell of a lot of effort!!!

| Hull coach Richard Agar:
"I thought we started pretty brightly and the message at half time was cut the errors out.
"Unfortunately the errors at the moment are having a deflating effect on the team. You could see the body language in some of the boys drop. It's hurting us badly.
"We had an inability to defuse kicks and get out of our own end. I'm saying the same things week in week out."

Maybe not the best man for the job, but I had no problem with Peter Sharp. He changed things that needed changing, got rid of some dead wood (and tried to get rid of some more), instilled a bit of discipline where there wasn't much previously and generally did a good job. He was just very, very unfortunate with circumstances out of his control (although we did get much too conservative towards the end of his time here).
