I noted that McDermotts win record before last night was 39% and that was at Quins. Ok he has now moved to a big club, for reasons only known to the good people at Leeds. But isn't Agars record something similar at Hull?

That makes us on a par with Quins. No disrespect to Quins, but the gulf in wealth and experience between the two clubs means we should be far better. Theory and reality in all walks of life so different.
