The tactics for today were pathetic really. I'm really glad we won on the back of them, because I'd be so annoyed all day if we'd lost to them tactics.

Sean Long got hit off the ball nearly every time he made a pass. That's a clear instruction from the coach. Trying to injury him or unfairly fatigue him.
Lauaki was victimised. They knew they could get him to retaliate, which unfortunately he did, which unfortunately made him useless for us today.
O'Meley was given the same treatment, but unfortunately for Rovers he kept his cool.

Just absolute cowardly tactics in defence. It's a shame they never concentrated on having a decent attack! I think the only tactics they had was Jake Webster running at Sean Long in hope he'd give up.

There was a few on Long, one on Tansey on the kick (watch the replay and see Fitz running in), one on Yeamen when Tansey scored, there was on Horne towards the end, one on Tickle. The frustrating thing was that Silverwood actually blew them up and did nothing.

It was such a cowardly performance by Rovers and credit for Hull for not retaliating, although I wish they would have at times. Lauki against COCKanye, there is only going to be one winner.

And to Morgan - awful tactics. We are a bigger and (much) harder team then you, why play dirty and down the middle, thats fine with us, its all we know.

watched the game again and yes i laughed my head off at happy morgan/ sad morgan, very funny. i dont blame leuaki for kicking off, his treatment was to be blatantly assaulted whenever he got the ball, no protection from the ref, he had the right to defend himself. great to do em on their own turf aswell
