So much for our 2 star (and highest paid) players taking the game by the scruff of the neck and leading the team around the park!

Berrigan made loads of errors (though he wasn't alone) and then ended up at centre due to Agar's ridiculous decision to play Lyne.

Long just hasn't blended in at all, he made a few ok bombs but that was his only contribution.

both need to start leading ASAP

Thought Berrigan looked better when at 6 and tried to do something.

Both very disappointing and you can add Fitz to that list tonight. We needed their leadership tonight.

Fitz was terrible...worse than Berrigan

Was Long on the pitch??????..only saw him from 4th tackle onwards and them it was average????

That's what you get with Longy these days,very inconsistent.
But In the big games he's still a class act,MOM next Friday I expect.

That's something I thought I would never read, but I agree. He looked out of his depth, which is a shocking situation.

Mind you, when you look at some of the other players :

Lyne - I honestly felt sorry for the kid. Out of his depth.
Tansey - returned the ball with total lack of urgency
Briscoe - what has he got to do to get dropped ? An easy target for the opposition kickers
Lauaki - great try but otherwise very unprofessional. That is the greatest sin in my eyes
Radford - the snail. 'Nuff said.
Tickle/Manu - completely anonymous tonight
Berrigan/Fitzgibbon - looked like players well beyond thier "best before" date
Long - is he injured ? In his defence he needs a good off-half alongside him.

No one is innocent, but the above failings really caught my eye.

trouble is we have no other backs to challenge him.

I've been a long time critic of Radford, I thought he had upped his game this year, but a few games in and its back to the painfully slow plodding level, every move slows right down when he gets the ball.

the rest of them were just so anonymous to even say anything about them

So basically the enitre team then, that's got to be a huge concern.

Horney has his critics but me thinkx he was missed tonight....the one who always tries his best!

Yeaman looked shocked everytime he gave away his pointless penalties...why was that????

Was saying all wk, reece was not ready, abit no fault of reeces, the lad is a top guy! But agar again!, give the lad time + he will blossom into a fantastic addition to the fc squad. Berro, fitz, long, in fact the whole team, utter tripe 2nite! Fear the worst goin into good friday! Play like that + we get mullered! No commitment!.
