Lot to prove next season, I reckon he will be like a new player and surprise a lot of people now that he has a quality HB partner alongside him! He wasn't the type of player we needed last season creativity wise and that became blatently obvious to the fans and oposing coaches, Holdsworth has the opposite qualities of BS so they should compliment each?

I was a big critic last season but it's a new season and he'll get my support like the rest of the squad.

It sounds like Pearson will be meeting with him to clarify comments made toward the end of the season and clear the air. Hopefully with Holdsworth taking some of the pressure of him Seymour will improve.

Think seymour will have a point to prove but not sure either him or DH are that player who will order players were they want them. Also neither has great pace but definitely best pairing for a while

Without sounding disrespectful to Richard Horne, our halves are better for next year mainly because he isn't in them. As he proved against Leeds, Seymour certainly has the ability and I'm hoping his dismal consistency last term was down to 'settling in' (although Pearsons comments won't have helped).

His lack of consistency coincided with injuries being picked up but still playing on.

Brett's a Hull player, so should get our full support and encouragement.

It's a new season, hopefully the treatement and rest has cleared up his injury and the arrival of Holdsworth provides an opportunity for him to create a new partnership.

my guess its the latter. Didnt think he was too bad last year anyway, had a decent game at manchester but got remembered only for being done by Hodgson. The other way round, we would have expected Dobson to get done!

Didn't see much evidence of it this season tbh. Well, apart from on here.

He'll be better than last season I'm sure of that, by how much I'm unsure but he hasn't played to his best for us yet. A lot worse 7's about.

Mostly nice sentiments but ...... If he performs like he did in the majority of games last season, PG has to get shut.
Give him a month to see if there is anything noticeably different.
