With all the euphoria followed by disappointment, rumour and non rumour the question is has the new regime done enough to increase season pass sales to the figures pearson is hoping for, I will be surprised if we beat last years numbers, any thoughts......

Thoughts are AP has revived the club and brought optimism back to the fans. It won't happen overnight and we need to get behind the new coaches,players and management.

The very underwhelming news has come at exactly the wrong time for season passes.

Purely on the strength of our squad, Pearson and McCrae have done lots of talking and not enough walking.

I think we will have record season ticket sales.

IIRC in 2010 we sold something like 9,200 with a fall this season. I can see us making 10,000.

It wasn't that long ago that you were very optimistic and lauding the signings of McKinnon, Seymour and Heremaia.

cant believe the negativity bloody hell the season pass prices are brilliant and you certainly get value for money yeh there wasnt a massive reduction but the prices was good anyway and ap is right not to slash them right down. for me with all the changes espcially the coaching department we will hit record numbers im sure of, all this talk of us not getting this big name is rubbish the majority of teh squad was done and the overseas boys was already brought in.

why woudnt you want to get a pass instead of moaning and look for negatives lets look at all the posistives and get behind the club in record numbers.

the squad is alot better then last year its clear there isnt huge numbers left on the cap and at this moment its about trying to get a couple of players of teh cap and trying to get a couple of bargains ect with all the major transfers been done already. so i guess you wont be buying a pass because weve signed tony martin even though theres so many posistives at the club at this moment

I was optimistic about the prospects of our squad with two or three quality additions. Although I was happy with what I have seen and heard about our signings, I have never "lauded" those three signings because tbh I don't know enough about them. I have however been very happy with the Lynch signing.

Lynch + a quality centre and SR would have really made me optimistic.

Unfortunately, Martin + A.N Other do not constitute quality signings IMO. I don't see the sense in Radford not being replaced either.

There have certainly been some unrealistic aspirations from some fans (me included) but Pearson's promise of wait until Oct/Nov and see that we mean business has certainly not been reflected in our recruitment.

Maybe we will put some faith in our youth like Saints and Wigan.

people need to get a grip! signings made by agar has meant there was less chance for us to bring in decent players, add lynch to that and the cap space is very limited, some people really do need a reality check!

pass prices are down, agar and kath are gone, this coming season was always going to be a transitional season, people expect too much too soon!

We're certainly going to have to Paul. Let's hope they're good enough because we could easily see two or three of them in our 17 once injuries start to kick in.
