| SA AND YEAMAN RETURN FOR CASTLEFORD SUPER 8S CLASH
Setaimata Sa and Kirk Yeaman both return to Lee Radford's 19-man squad to face Castleford Tigers on Friday night.
Sa and Yeaman have been sidelined for a month with injuries picked up in back-to-back fixtures against Wakefield Wildcats, but could feature in FC's first Super 8s fixture at The Mend-A-Hose Jungle in two day's time.
Josh Bowden misses out after picking up an ankle injury in the defeat to Wigan Warriors two weeks ago, whilst 19 year-old Brad Fash also makes way.
Sa is in contention to make his first appearance in over a month, last featuring in the 31-24 victory against Wakefield in early July.
Yeaman has recovered from an ankle injury he suffered against the same opposition four days prior to the win over the Wildcats.
The Airlie Birds travel to West Yorkshire on Friday night looking to make ground on the teams above them in the Super 8s.
Tickets are still available from the Hull FC retail stores at the KC Stadium and on Savile Street, with further information available here and on 01482 358456.

| TIGERS READY TO POUNCE IN SUPER 8'S
Daryl Powell has named his 19 man squad to take on Hull FC at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle on Friday 7th August, in the first Super League Super 8’s fixture. KO 8.00pm
Powell has made just two changes to the 19 man squad who were defeated by Warrington Wolves in their last game. Michael Channing and Scott Wheeldon miss out, with Nathan Massey returning from injury and Paul McShane set to make his debut.
Speaking ahead of the game head coach Powell said:
"Getting touched up like we did against Warrington could be a blessing in disguise to give us a kick up the backside. Everyone has come back from the week off sharp and ready to go. The game v Warrington isn't how we go about our business, but the next seven games gives us an awesome opportunity to reach the top four for two seasons on the trot. They'll be a few changes and that's how it should be, we'll have 17 players taking the field on Friday night and it's their job to keep it and do the club and the fans proud."
Massey is delighted to be making his comeback:
"I've been chomping at Daryl's ankles to get back on the pitch. At a push I could have made the Warrington game but the week off with no cup game has been ideal to make sure I come back at full strength. I can't wait to pull on the Cas jersey on Friday night."
Pick up tickets for this match at pre game day prices from the Tigers Den until 5pm on Thursday, or purchase online here.

| I can't see any of the three-quarters who have played the last few games being dropped to accommodate Sa or Yeaman but I wonder if either of them will get a run out at second row?

| Good time to Bring Jamie Shaul back at full back and push Rankin to half back to partner Sneyd.
Need to add some pace.
As much as I like Abdull as a future 13 he is not a half back.
Westerman will also step up as a ball handler with Pryce out and Abdull the bench.

I think it's a certainty tbh . Logan's one for the future but showed against Wigan he's still way off . I'd bring yeaman back if it was me

Not for me and I hope not, agree Logan was 'off' against Wigan, but young players need the opportunity to learn from those games and bounce back, which he can't if he's dropped. To be fair the whole team was gash against Wigan.
Yeaman has been bang average most of the season barring a couple of games. Logan is the future, and these super 8's should be used to give him more game time.

Probably the best away game on the calendar for me. I haven't been for 3 years but always enjoyed it when I have.
Have fun, hope your lad is lucky omen for FC win!
