Craig Murdock has left the BBC due to "a conflict of interests" with his sports agency. Their decision, not his.

For all Radio Humberside's failings Craig is a sympathetic voice for Hull and this is bad news for those who have to listen to games on the radio.

Sounds bizarre. How can commentating 0n a game of rugby conflict with anything unless he's radford's agent and the beeb are sick of him bigging radford up

They are basically suggesting he would give biased comments towards players contracted to MAP Sports.

I feel sorry for supporters who will now have to listen to Lloyd's ramblings. I guess Hull's own service will get a boost in listeners.

The idea of the likes of Lloyd accusing anyone else of bias is laughable and bad news for irony meters.

What a farce. So Hull FC fans now will have the pleasure of the likes ok Pinkney & Richardson who are anti Hull FC to go with Lloyd it just keeps getting better. Didn't always agree with Murdoch but at least he made valid points and arguments unlike tweedle dumb and dumber.

Ludicrous decision.

In terms of commentary quality, Murdock was the only one who provided an articulation of what actually went on and could accurately name the players.
In terms of tone, he was the only one with anything other than a dreary, dismal outlook.
In terms of balance, RH now have 2 former Rovers players, led by a producer who freely confesses to regularly calling a Hudgell at home of an evening. So cosy. Little wonder they were spinning Chester as "tailor made" for the coaching job and talking about the Leeds game as a chance for him to " maintain his 100% record" on Friday. After one fecking game. Just wow. Matt Dean is totally out of his depth as Sports Editor if he chooses to fail to address the above.
