Great news on the shirt sales
A few things....
The non-exchanging of my shirt, because i had no receipt.. Even though the guy remembered me getting it.
Taking a T-Shirt back that was too small (that i got bought for my b-day).. With receipt, they never had any in stock of correct size so said it was now £5 in sale so i can only get £5 back or swap it for something else!!

Great news for the club and a great achievement but the club will only get ticket money from me now.. JJB will get my shirt sales!!

that is against your statutory rights, you are entitled to a FULL REFUND of the original receipt value.

for faulty goods, but not for size changes i believe.
In fact i dont think they are under obligiation to change, unless they have a policy

I've never had any issues before either, but it appears they seem to be spitting their dummy out with ISC.
FWIW, i have contacted JJB and 'told them' i bought it from them and don't have a receipt they simply said they can't refund but bring it back and they'll swap it as they can return it to the manufacturer.
FC seem to be VERY picky at the moment, i actually buy alot of merchandise and spend what i consider to be alot of money.. I'll save that now won't I?? shirts are cheaper at JJB anyway!!
