From what I’ve seen he should be signed on. He’s a big fast fella and can only get better with time. Too much of a natural talent lo let slip through to another club.

I don't think it's quite as simple as people make out, he's still in the army, and so needs clearance from them to play pro-rugby/leave. What he wants to do also needs to be considered, something people on here often ignore.

He should be zero on the cap for this year, but there is also the question of overseas' quotas.

Coming from RU, the RFL could, in theory, override the quota ruling in his case.
