This is a proper signing. nice one Mr Pearson. big direct and quick fir his size. Watch him most weeks and he seems to keep free from injury. I reckon he will do well for us. Now wait for the whingers to wake up ...........

Bit of a gamble at 32, 33 when the season starts, but I reckon he's taken care of himself so will hopefully be ok. Gives me a reason to watch some NRL now to keep an eye out for him.

With signings like this you also need to think of not only how he plays on the pitch but how he will be helping the young lads, much like Fitz, Ogre and Ellis. This signing will bring us more than just on - field benefits.

Good signing. Plenty of experience. I believe he's played around 170 first grade games for the Titans in eight seasons which is pretty good going for a forward.

Agree. The young lads will learn massively from him over the two years he will be with us.

Would have loved to have seen big Frank 'The Tank' in a Hull shirt but in reality that was never going to happen.

Minichello is no mug & his signing gives us one thing we have lacked, consistency. The blokes played NRL for years and could still be next year. Don't knock the bloke yet. He's definitely a step up in standard on a lot of imports been brought over recently by both us and other clubs. Not saying he's the best signing ever but he's not a reserve grader or someone with potential. He's been there and delivered for years so we 100% know what we're getting.

Recruitment is definitely heading in the right direction. Would be interesting to know who we'd have ended up with had Gentle, Bomber & Howes had still been in bed together.

Wonder if he's counts on the overseas quota with playing for Italy?

Good signing, maybe not exactly the type of backrow forward I thought we needed, but still a very good player, who was still wanted by one of the best clubs in the world.

Much better recruitment from Hull, the key is each player must improve the side and be better than the ones they are replacing, that is certainly the case this season.

A centre and a couple of players re-signing are key.
