How can we be the most cynical fans in rugby league, as well as being the most gullible?

So, just to clarify your feelings on this, what are you saying, that Brett Seymour & his wife are a liars and none of the events happened the way he is telling them? That he hasn't suffered depression at all..just asking like.

I for one think the club (AP the main culprit) and large majority of fans treated him like shat, absolutely disgraceful, sometimes I'm ashamed to be a lifelong FC fan when I read the dispicable crud that comes out of the mouths of so called 'human beings'...

I think that's a really good quote from Darryl Powell and something a few people should take on board. All players are going to get criticised at some point, but some things said on here and at games about our own players can get pretty personal.

I don't think Raggy tash needs to explain . People know what he is getting at and he is only saying what a others were thinking and it is, of course, his opinion no matter how unpalatable that may be to others.

I hope he does really well for Cas, as someone who's been in a similar position it will be great for him to get back on track.

As for 'unpallatable comments' everyone is entitled to their opinion. One thing i will never do is take offence on behalf of other people but those with depression generally don't care what others think. There are more important things for him to focus on now.

I can see that some fans could be classed as being two-faced though.

I have great sympathy with what Seymour has gone through and seriously hope he makes a success of his time at Cas.

I wouldn't wish depression on anyone, and I think Raggytash needs to have a think about life, and consider "his" blessings if he's never suffered from it.

I do understand as you do . I don't necessarily agree with Raggy tash but I understand why he said it .
