just got back on rlfans and missed the last couple of weeks but have noticed jokes regarding our accounts, are they in a mess or something? as far as i was aware were operating at a profit which besides leeds were the only team acheiving this? have i missed something?

No, we made a decision some time ago to reflect the "value" of the team on the balance sheet, but it has nothing to do with Profit and Loss, it's just some idiots that don't understand how accountancy can work. |

Showing a big profit on our trading accounts for 2008 only us and Leeds doing that in fact, everyone else losing money! |

are the changes in these values not reflected anywhere or do they not change?
edit: possibly a reserve there as well but that would seem a bit pointless |

No it is some-thing they have done for several years, however because we are one to the few clubs to make a profit, it has now being highlighted by our jealous friends  |
