| So the CC up next. Well we are in good form of late so should be looking at getting into the last 8. Any chances to the team or leave and go same again.Nice to see reserves get a big win and Laidlaw and Gardiner get big minutes under there belt. Looks like Macintosh had a good game to.

I guess Mcintosh has an outside chance of playing full back if Litten and Hoy are out.
Miller definitely out for Cas with a HIA. Widdop and Evalds will be big doubts too.
Not getting too carried away, but I'd like to think we can carry on our recent league form

You are a very naughty boy!
It was Mother's Day in Aus yesterday and it was my dear mum who took me to my first Derby game at Craven Park back in 1946. She was a Rovers fan and hoped I would follow her lead. Not to be,however, as dad was a West Hull lad and I subsequently followed his team much to my mum's disappointment.

| If Litten not 100% I'd rest him if Hoy fit otherwise like you say maybe Darnell at 1, I'd rest Houghton after three great games put Macca or Lover on the bench to spell Dwyer. Taylor banned

| It is good to see Darnell McIntosh shining for the reserves, he does need to rebuild his confidence, which looked shot, of late. Hopefully he'll return to the match day squad with a renewed belief and it can only be a good thing for him and the club. I watched the Cas highlights of the recent home Catalans game. They looked like a team that time has finally overtaken. McShane isn't the same player who tormented the opposition rucks, Watts is hardly the force he was and their backs aren't up-to it, especially if Miller doesn't feature for them. It could be one of those years like 2008, when we got to the final with a team that wasn't really that great, especially when Dykes was injured. A favourable draw could see us within sight of another semi final, providing we treat the Cas game seriously and show the same desire in defence, as we have in the last two games. I think we'll beat them by a couple of scores, if we turn up with the recent attitude shift we appear to have made.

| Safe from relegation and unlikely to make the play offs, gp all out for the cup, play our strongest side. Houghton will be fine, fitness player, just give Dwyer more minutes and take Houghton off when he comes on instead of playing him LF.

| Taylor banned (along with loads of players) seems over the top, must need to hit a quota.

| Cas don't have a very good pack in my opinion. I'd like to see Staveley or Laidlaw take Taylor's place. Think we will probably go with Gardiner though.

The RFL and Disciplinary are going to end up with a sport that has no physical contact if they carry on like they are.To ban Taylor is very harsh for a tackle that had no foul play to it it was just an unfortunate that Jay's leg got caught underneath twisting his ankle. Thankfully it wasn't a serious issue with his ankle and he was able to continue playing later in the game. Yet Romano takes Millers head off who then fails the HIA so misses a game and only receives a £250 from the disciplinary
