Widdop without playing anywhere near his best this season is far superior to either of Hodgson’s extremely poor signings. |

I was told Monday that he’s off to wire.
Personally think it’s a good move by the club.
BH is evolving the team and tbh I don’t think Connor is a player you can build a team round. ( attitude fitness pace ).

The state of their team this year is immaterial. They seem to be having virtually a complete overhaul of the squad for 2023.
They would probably want a more complete player than JC. There is no denying his brilliance in attack and all the stats quoted dwell solely on that when he is being able bigged up. His defence does let him down and he is a tad slow for an international fullback. |

If we are signing all the players that are rumoured then it will be difficult to fit them all in.
Even with our inevitable injuries.
Therefore, selling him could alleviate that headache and give us some money to play with? |
