| Which team would have more chance of winning a grand final:
St Helens coached by Lee Radford
Hull FC coached by Justin Holbrook
Not being antagonistic, just wondered if it’s squad strength or coaching systems that are most important to developing a champion side.

St's are a well oiled machine with some very good player. I think it would take a lot to know them off their tracks.

The fact is St's are a well structured team and not just reliant on individual flair so you could pretty much put anyone in charge of St's for a game and they would still perform to a high level. Hull on the other hand seem to be the opposite of that and rely on individuals rather than any real structured play.
If you took Lewis Hamilton & put him in a Mclaren of course he wouldn't do as well as he does in his Mercedes but he'd do much more with the Mclaren and out perform either Sainz or Norris.
So in a one off game it would be hard to say but if we you'd said over a season then I'd say a Hull with Holbrook would out perform a St's with Radford.

| Saints haven't won won a major trophy in the last five years
We've bagged a couple.
Let's see if they can get over the line this year.

That's not the question though.
Holbrook has been in charge for 2 seasons, has Saints playing super rugby and are currently untouchable.
He's also been poached for a head coach's job in the NRL, I can't see Radford being poached by anyone let alone a NRL side.
If we were swapping coaches over a season I'd go for Hull with Holbrook.

| Well I'll go for Radders with Saint.
Holbrook will be deemed a failure if he can't win at least one of the big two before departure.

You honestly believe that saints team playing the Radford way would be better than our squad playing the holbrook way. Stupid question anyway , never going to happen

| Holbrook is a minge.
Hope Wires beat them at Wembley, and think they might.
If we don't clash with Saints before OT we'll do them in the final, then we can see who the daddy is.

A little disrespectful Mr Wiz to the coach who has produced the best team by far in Super League
We already know who the daddy is between the two coaches and its certainly not Radford

Why does everything have to be either the height of success of the depths of failure? Holbrook has turned St's into possibly the most consistently dominant teams SL has seen, how is that a failure?
Irrespective of some posters views, Brian Smith turned Hull around but never won a trophy, was he a failure? Daryl Powell appears to be able to coach any player into improvement, is he a failure for not winning silverware?
You should stop listening to TalkSport so much, they spout this kind of comment on a regular basis.

To be fair, anyone could have improved on Cunningham.
