How are we not finding the touch lines on that pitch, it doesn't look very wide, brainfart moment from Hall to kick on rather then come inside & get a quick play, we could do this.

Another lesson learnt, be patient & take your chances once your winning the arm wrestle, when we have home grown talent in abundance at club level then we will compete at international level.

Unless we start producing players with flair,we might as well give up.Just heard Sam Burgess say there was nothing between the sides,i think most people would disagree.Stupid errors and missed kicks for touch is unforgivable at this level.

How long does Wayne Bennett have on contract?Terrible tournament for England. Our team spirit looks shocking but not surprising when the stewards look more interested than our coach. The only time we beat the aussies is when we play a expansive creative game instead of a safety first nrl one. W.B trying to beat Australia at their own game and failing badly

bennett will be looking for any aussie with English heritage to play next year. I'd rather have macnamara in charge

has bennett had long enough though? 4 games is simply too short a time to do anything except learn who can and who can't play international rugby.

and if not bennett then who?

If us fans can see we have no quality in the squad he's picked, not been disrespectful by the way, as I mean quality on the world stage, then surely he has to or any coach that is is to tap into the players that are of English heritage but playing down under, we really need the talent coming through at club level.

for me id give Clarke and Houghton a try, both bring pace from the ruck, lets see what they can do, also we have no kicking game, sneyd might be gash but he derserves at least a go, cooper in front of taylor, really

Most baffling selection for me is a toss up between Percival, Watkins, and Dennis ing Betts.

The half backs control the team and match yet he picked 3 different pairings for all 3 matches, for me Williams should be 1st name with Widdop as his partner.

Williams and Sneyd. I think England need someone who can find the touchline and convert from it.

As fans of Hull FC after 2016 I'd like to think that there are things that we are particularly good at recognising namely team spirit, tenacity, passion and a willingness to do it for your fellow player, the fans and the badge. That's down to the culture in the group and that was what was for me throughout this tournament sadly missing. Best Coach in the world maybe but not the bloke to get a group of players firing with pride after a long hard season, too much favouritism towards Aussie based players is one thing but whoever you pick the culture and spirit has to be right and for me that aspect has looked better with NZ, Australia and even Scotland. At least they all appear to want to win for each other and reflect a bit of pride.
