On viewing Tonight's game, what really es me off with radders is his desire to sit in tge stands looking clueless eventhough our plan a is out the window, wgat influence can he have from 50 rows up in the west stand???? Take mcdermott, on tge pitchside, directing players and his coaches/ watercarrier, this obviously works, and all footy managers are on pitchside or in tge dugout, for me its a no-brainer.....

It wouldn't make a jot of difference if he was in the dug out/pitch sideline tbh. |

Think that's the point he just sits there looking so disinterested whereas McDermott is animated and in amongst it all.
Only way Radford will influence what we do on a pitch is if he leaves.
That ain't going to happen though.
I'm personally not bothered where he sits I'm more concerned by our on field product and after a brief upturn in form it now appears business as usual. |
