A billionaire won't mess about with the council. I reckon they'll build a £150m 60,000 seater for City on Priory Park, and will have to pay 13 years of lease surrender payments to us to tide us over as sole tenants for a bit. This could be awesome news.  No problems with Sneyd practising his goal kicking either.  |

I am sure a Russian billionaire could find a much better investment in football than Hull city, but all it will be is to say he is handing over control to his son.
In any case the KC is owned by the Hull CC so Hull FC have nothing to worry about even if Hull City were eventually taken over.
What is likely to happen though is If Hull City do consolidate in The Premiership over the next two or three years it is likely work will begin to increase the KC capacity by 5000. |

Who's going to pay for that increase? The council won't and why would Allam invest in something he doesn't own? |
