| Couple of really good signings already made for 2015 in Sneyd & Pryce.
Don't think the Taylor deal is dead yet and with 3 Aussies on the way including a centre and 2nd rower I think the squad is looking pretty strong.
Do think these Aussies need to be real quality, rather than average run of the mill guys. Pritchard fits the bill if rumours are to be believed but is apparently way out of our price range if other rumours are to be believed.
Dane Nielson I'm not sure about at all as he's done little at the warriors.
What other position/s do people think need strengthening?

still think we need a real big rough ar53 prop, unconvinced about Pryce but we shall see.

“We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club.
Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.

Agree about a big nasty prop or nasty 2nd rower,as for Pryce,,,,,,,,he has hardly missed a match in 2 yra...stats are impressive and we couldnt touch him when we played there......he will be better for us with Rankin as back up but id hive him a run at centre

just hope Pryce doesn't go the way of Long, he had all the talent etc but never delivered consistently in an FC shirt, as you say, Rankin as a backup will be good, if Miller is as expensive as rumoured then we'll struggle to offload him.
year after next could be interesting, quite a few getting towards the "hanging my boots up" stage.... we shall see.

I agree about the prop, but if we could get someone in the Pritchard mould for the 2nd row that need becomes less I think.
I'd happily take Willie Manu back for a year, despite his struggle at Saints.
If Horne was still capable of 25+ games a season I don't think we'd have signed Pryce.
I think we still need another winger, not sure Lancaster is ready for a full season and despite what Radford says I don't think Talanoa is a winger, he should be our utility back.

Rumour round saints is Manu is holding out for a 2 year contract. Saints have offered him 1 year and he's said he wants to stay, but would look accept a 2 year deal elsewhere

Dane nielsen looks like going to the rabbitohs, who have made a bid for him,and the warriors are happy to let him go despite having a year left on his contract.

I wouldn't want to offer him two. One and an option would be most I'd go to.

I'm not surprised they are happy to let him go, big bucks and little spark. Be surprised if he gets a start at the bunnies.

| Pryce has played 20+ SL games every season since 1999 apart from 2011. Hopefully the FC half back curse doesn't strike, if not he's an astute signing for a couple of years before the young lads are ready for regular first team rugby. He's also a bit niggly and gobby - Pearson has said we are too nice and too quiet whereas Pryce is neither.
Hoping to see an outside back and a second row to add to the 2015 squad.

| We are desperate for pace in the backs.
If Radford is not going to play Crooks,or Crooks leaves Then you push Sa to right centre, yeaman and Talanoa on the left it still leaves a very very slow back line,so whoever the club try to bring in needs to have real pace.
I doubt Sa,yeaman or Talanoa can run 60 metres without being caught.

| I hope the club have sounded out Reece Robinson . Very good winger who can cover the back three positions .

| Whilst I agree a another prop and winger would be good, I don't think they are a priority. We are desperate for a class centre and a line breaking 2nd row and would rather spend money on these two rather than sign 4 players.
If Crooks leave we may need two centres unless Sa improves or we try Rankin there. Ah
Gain if Lancaster leaves we will need another winger and I'd look at either Dixon or Kear.
I'd have Manu for a year, but not two, he showed against us last week what we are missing.
Sneyd has been the best 7 in the league this year and us a massive signing and our key player, Pryce should go well, but if not we have Rankin, Abdul and maybe HTW to come in.
This would be my team,
Shaul
Lineham
Crooks
New centre
Talanoa
Pryce
Sneyd
Paea
Houghton
Watts
Ellis
New backrow
Westy
Cunningham
Sa
Feka
Green
Bowden
Thompson
BTW
Yeaman
Lancaster
Hadley
Whiting
Abdul
Turgett
Rest of squad made up of youth players promoted to the first team.

I'm in the same boat (with him re-signing at saints) - had Soliola not been leaving then there'd be no offer. Since Soliola is leaving, I could live with an extension of a year, but would be disappointed if we caved and offered any longer.
Maybe saints can jump in and steal the NRL second row you guys rumouredly have lined up instead
