| Yeah, I was worried in the last ten minutes. But no where as near as in 2005 at Cardiff. For me the defining differences where in chasing the Leeds total as opposed to defending our lead yesterday. its gonna be a bumpy ride from here on in........

| That second half yesterday felt like a lifetime. The final minute was more like an hour !
If I was a cat I would have used 8 lives yesterday

I think holding the lead is more nail biting than chasing it on the dying minutes, mainly because you'd be more disappointed in losing it. That was horrendous yesterday!

| Cardiff 2005 was worse, just when you thought we'd got it wrapped up they go and let the ball bounce out from the Leeds kick-off, and then Sinfield lines up for a drop goal which felt like it was in super-slow-mo, only for Swain to save the day!

| Thought that was worse yesterday. Had a feeling of relative calm n just enjoying the occasion at Cardiff. Felt we could win. Still bad but the vibe was just there. Only really bad right at the end.
Whole last 20mins seemed hard yesterday n the final 5was torture thinking we could lose in the most heartbreaking fashion! Right up to the whistle when the kick went up for Joel m!

| Agree that second half seem to take forever but especially when they got there last try in the final 4 minutes i thought here we go again lol. I was relieved when they was on the attack in the final 2 minutes and they knocked on but then you guessed it Hull had to go knock on and that final minute seem to go slower than the whole game.

| Last 5 Minutes overall was horrible.. All you saw was penalty after penalty in warrington's favour.

1 minute 50 seconds in, is a moment I will take to the grave. The passion of miller and the celebration of the fans in the background.
We have our downs more then our Ups but I wouldn't swap the team I support for anything.

| Sunday was certainly one of the most nerve-wracking ends to a game I've witnessed for some time. It's brought back a couple of memories from past CC semi-finals that I'd nearly forgotten about.
!985 semi against Cas at Headingley, 10-10 with a couple of minutes remaining and defending for our lives against a Cas side playing for a winning drop goal. Ball goes back to Cas player (possibly Bobby Beardmore) but the kick drifts wide. From the resulting re-start we contrive to knock on and Cas once more drive in to set up another drop goal attempt. Once more we managed to thwart them (either by charging the kick down or by making the kick too difficult for the Cas player, I honestly can't remember the details). Seconds later hooter goes and we live to fight another day. Wednesday night replay ends in victory for us in what was, to put it mildly, a feisty affair.
Fast forward seven years and the 1992 semi against Cas (again) at Headingley (again). A minute left and we are trailing by 2 (10-8, 12-10 ?) with head & feed from a scrum about 25 out from their sticks. A fairly frantic set ensues which climaxes with Paul Eastwood on the very last play of the game being hauled down inches short of the line. The hooter goes and Wembley is gone having been less than a stride away.
Which brings us back to 2013 and Sunday evening. Another CC semi-final, another frantic end to a game played out in an atmosphere of pandemonium bordering on hysteria. When Briers put the kick into the corner for Monaghan I honestly thought we were all going to have a collective heart attack. As the ball was punched out and the hooter went, all I could see around me was a mixture of ecstasy and sheer relief in equal measure. We all know, only too well from many years of expeirence, just what a roller coaster ride it is following our club, but Sunday really was a new level of torture, even for us.
Oddly enough, all three of the games above where played to determine who would meet Wigan at Wembley.

| I think memories of how tense things were fade a bit over time so Sunday's game would take some beating. I didn't see the last few plays as I was virtually under the seat in front of me with my head in my hands. I heard the crowd count down the last seconds then there seemed to be a lull which for me lasted about half an hour then things just went totally beserk. I was the same in 2005 at the end - the first I saw of Swainy's charge down was on TV afterwards

| I think the countdown from 10 to 3 or 2, when it stopped completely as we all held our breath, will stay with me forever. That and the huge scream when Miller punched the ball out and the utter relief.
I was less tense in Cardiff as I felt we could do that. Sunday I just felt Wire were going to snatch it at the death.
