On Wigan - Lost more players to injury, We are struggling to put a team together, said if you dont believe just see the team tomorrow night.

On Recruitment - We need 2 salary caps for everyone we are Linked with. Not much more said.

On Holdsworth - He is contracted to Salford and that is the only thing he knows about it.

On Bulls - All for Bulls being saved by Super League, unanimous decision.

On Gentle - They have a great working relationship and talk on phone 3 or 4 times a day and meet up once a day. Talk about retention, recruitment and some on field issues.

We have four winnable games in the run in after Wigan. Perhaps setting expectations so players not 100% can be rested on friday night.

Iirc McRae has form for keeping very tight lipped when it comes to rumours etc.

But when Salfords own coach has said to press that he believes Hull are in for Holdsworth then I can't see why McRae can't of been a bit more open with his reply. Rather than just saying Holdsworth is contracted for next year and that's all he knows.

Bomber certainly seems to like keeping his cards close to his chest

Agreed, but I just find it odd what he said, " Holdsworth is contracted to Salford for next year and that is all I know" Maybe someone can read that different to me.

Just stating a fact, he is contracted to Salford.

Mcrae is hardly likely to say yeah we've signed holdsworth

Therefore he did not sign for us after the game last Sunday, as some would have us believe.

After listening again to McRae he said 4 players we have been linked with have all signed extensions or with other clubs - Paea being one, maybe Holdsworth is another?!
