| Overall thought we looked pretty good tbh although we had a spell around the 60th minute were we looked clueless with the ball and didn't have a clue what to do with it.
The two stand outs were Heremaia and Briscoe. Aaron added a completely new diemenson to our attacking play, that we haven't seen before something that Houghton doesn't bring (not a dig towards Houghton btw). He was certainly out on his feet at the end but that was expected.
Briscoe I thought had a massive influence on the game, constantly invloved in attack and looked really good, but we all expect that from the best English winger there is.
Didn't think we'd win today, but the boys really did a fab job today, well done!

| Agreed about the bad spell middle of the second half.
Thought Horne was good coming into the line today too.

| I thought we started the game really well, and showed a lot more pace and (finally!) a quicker play of the ball. We then let all that good work go to waste by letting a try in right before half-time.
2nd half was back to slower rugby, and we looked dead and buried about the 60/65 minute mark and looked clueless as to what to do.
Heremaia then changed the game with his try, and it was very pleasing to see that the players responded and upped their game.
Still a lot of things to improve in defence and attack, and I still feel some players (most notably Westerman) need to contribute to the game more. We also still struggle to have a 'PlanB' at times, such as each scrum we had to today we passed to the short-side to Turner. I didn't work the first two times we tried it, so why we attempted it a 3rd I don't know!
I also still feel the pack appears light (especially when Moa leaves the field) and that we are badly missing O'Meley.
I think this win is a pivotal moment of the season. Had we lost we'd have faced trips to Headingley, Catalan and Craven Park with morale very low, and our season could have been over by the end of the month. Today's win gives us the hope that we can finish 4th if we sort our team out and improve.

| It was all about the win today. Hopefully we'll get great confidence from it. Disappointing to hear that Tickle is a doubt for Friday but we really need to go to Headingly and give everything we have.
Since a few more departures have been announced (Manu, O'Carroll and Ellis) we've started to kick on about, hopefully the group is more united without O'Caroll, O'Meley and Ellis and we can really kick on for the rest of the season.
Nicklas seems handy in attack, but I remember watching the London game and thinking he was a liability in defence, sounded like it was the case today too.

| I'm not a fan at all of Horney but again he had a good game at the back. My only concern is that he's now picking up more and more niggling injuries is that if he misses half the season due to these who's going to play instead of him? I don't want to see Whiting moved there because I like him playing in the backrow/loose role.

| Agree about Briscoe today, he had a good game.
Didn't do anything outstanding, but he was always offering himself to take the ball up when pegged on our own line and when the forwards were looking tired.

| Some impressive rugby played today, looking forward to seeing the tries back. Briscoe's best game of the season, he showed what class he is and a much far better winger then Charnley.

I would have called his drop ball to Crooks and his support play outstanding today. He had a very good match.

But but Charnley's scored 20 plus tries this season, surely that must mean he's the best in the league!
Like I said on the VT today, no other winger in the league nevermind an English winger. Could of scored that try that he did against Leeds beating about 7 Leeds defenders. He's a great talent!
