Career-wise, I reckon this guy is a bit of a muppet. Could've been world class, but flushed it down the bog.
But.
As far as this is concerned, I wish him all the best. Excellent charity, difficult challenge. I'll back him all the way. He deserves everyone's support, and lets hope he gets it. I sadly suspect some people will harbour grudges. You can't do that where worthy charities are concerned, and especially when you look at his reasons for doing it. Maybe this is the time for FC as a club to bury the hatchet, and back him, so we can all move on. Over to you, Adam?
